Originally built in the 19th century, this Barcelona building has had many lives. It started out as a theater showcasing local plays, a toilet paper warehouse, and now has been converted once again into a modern home. It retains many of its historic details including exposed brick walls, wood beams, and soaring ceiling heights. A spacious interior is comprised of three bedrooms, an open living area with kitchen and dining room, and two studios to complete the live-work space. Full-height glazing floods the interior with natural light while overlooking the garden terrace. At the entrance of the home, classic cars, including a vintage Porsche 911, are on display like pieces of fine art.
